User Agreement
1. Service Scope
Scentry provides a personal fragrance logging tool for recording wear sessions, attaching bottle photos or fallback icons, writing notes, saving optional voice notes, comparing sessions, exporting comparison images, and managing local account data on one device.
2. Local Account Model
Scentry uses a quick local access flow. When you continue into the app, a local account is assigned automatically on the device. You are responsible for your device access and for any data stored on that device.
3. Your Content
You keep ownership of the content you create in Scentry, including entry text, fragrance names, photos, recordings, and export images. You grant only the limited rights needed for the app to store, display, process, and manage that content as part of the service.
4. Coins and In-App Purchases
Scentry offers consumable coin packs through Apple In-App Purchase. Coins unlock premium actions inside the app, including saving a new or replaced voice note and using Save HD export in Compare.
All billing, payment processing, refunds, and storefront pricing are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. Coins are digital consumables, are not cash, and are not redeemable for money.
5. Permissions
Some features depend on iOS permissions, including microphone, camera, photo library, notification, and App Tracking Transparency. Scentry uses the system permission prompts provided by Apple and does not use custom ATT or custom notification prompts.
6. Acceptable Use
- You must not misuse the app, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to bypass purchase or permission controls.
- You must not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material.
- You must not attempt unauthorized access to app data, systems, or other protected resources.
7. Local Data Actions
You may sign out, clear local data, or delete the local account inside the app. Deleting the local account clears saved content and purchased coin balance on that device.
8. Availability and Changes
Scentry is provided on an available basis. Features, content, and pricing may change over time. We may update this agreement as the product evolves, and the updated version will apply when published or otherwise communicated.
